Who we are

rev.B Consultancy is a sole trader based in Ireland. For the purposes of data protection law, rev.B Consultancy is the data controller for any personal data described below. Contact: hello@revbconsultancy.com.

What data is collected

This site has no forms, accounts, or analytics. Personal data only reaches us in three ways: the two below, and business outreach (next section).

Booking a call. The "Book a call" links go to Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email, and anything else you enter, and shares it with us so we can hold the call. That collection is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, not this one.
Emailing us. If you email hello@revbconsultancy.com, we hold your email address and message so we can reply.

Business outreach

We contact businesses directly, by email or LinkedIn, to introduce our services. If we've contacted you first, this is how that works:

What we hold. Your name, job title, business email address, the company you work for, and a note of any messages between us. We only contact people in their business role, about something relevant to their business.
Where it came from. Public sources: company registers (such as the Companies Registration Office and UK Companies House), company websites, and LinkedIn. We use email-finding and verification services to confirm a business email address is correct before we use it.
Why we're allowed to. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: making a relevant business service known to businesses it may help. We've weighed that against your interests, and keep contact limited to a small number of short, personal messages.
Opting out. Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" to any message, or email hello@revbconsultancy.com, and we'll stop straight away. We keep only your email address and company name on a do-not-contact list, so you aren't contacted again.
How long we keep it. If you don't reply, your details are deleted within 12 months of our last message, apart from the do-not-contact list above.

How long data is kept

Enquiry and booking details are kept only as long as needed to respond, hold the call, or deliver an agreed engagement, and are deleted once they're no longer needed for that purpose. Outreach data follows the timescale set out above.

Other third parties

This site is hosted on Vercel, which may log standard technical data (e.g. IP address) as part of normal server operation. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and Fontshare, which may log IP addresses when a page loads. Neither is used by us for tracking or profiling.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you — email hello@revbconsultancy.com. You can object to business outreach at any time. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie, or, if you're in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
